Blackmores new head office and distribution facility comprises 6,000m2 of high technology corporate office space over two storeys and an 8000m2 production and distribution centre. It incorporates Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD) initiatives to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating in design and operational performance. The office building features a living facade treatment and has a carbon footprint of just one eighth of a comparable development. The facility also includes a 'wellness centre' with a lap pool and area for yoga, massage, spa and gym.
Wilde and Woollard were engaged to provide full cost planning and contract administration services including tax depreciation.
