Description

A six storey GBCA 5-Star Green Star building designed as the enrolment and support centre for international students comprising of a student reception / waiting area, administration and teaching spaces; including specialist dental teaching. Features include expressed precast concrete frame and ESD initiatives such as automated natural ventilation, chilled beam system, water harvesting and sun shading.
