New Western Australian Regional Office for the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services and new Offices for the Western Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services. In addition to new offices, training and administrative areas, this development incorporated quarantine inspection and identification facilities for both imported and exported goods and secure quarantine storage for imported material awaiting quarantine clearance.

Services

Wilde and Woollard provided Project Management Services from the inception of this project including Brief Development, Selection of a Developer for the Base Building, Lease Negotiation, Space Planning, Design Development and Supervision of the Building Fitout.
