Addition bed capacity project comprising new 16 bed accommodation block, new 4 classroom general learning area block, refurbished and expanded kitchen and new canteen, new laundry, security systems, services infrastructure and roadworks.

Construction was delivered by Qbuild under a Construction Management contract with Wilde and Woollard embedded to assist with tendering and the overall management of construction budget.
