Description
The project comprised the demolition of several single-storied brick GLAs and the construction of a 1300 square metre two storied STEM / Science and Technology-type facility. The facility comprising a steel-framed structure, precast concrete external wall panels to reflect an adjacent sports stadium designed by the same architects. Steel-framed “fins” clad with a mix of interlocking Colorbond panels and 3mm cassette-type folded aluminium panels, together with a high level of internal ceiling finishes.
