Project comprises of 195 studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, 65% of which are categorised as affordable housing. It will include two offset towers, one of 14 levels and the other of 11, joined by a ground floor lobby and reception areas, including 157sqm of retail. The sustainable design will achieve a minimum NatHERS rating of 5 stars and includes enclosed alfresco dining balconies most of which have views of Brisbane CBD.
