Description
New Administration Building, and Refurbishment of Existing Administration Areas into General Learning Areas. The site was discovered to be contaminated by lead paint in the topsoil, and this had also percolated though to the clay layer around 450mm deeper. All of this soil had to be excavated and disposed of as Intermediate Contaminated material.
The main entrance “cube” was clad with “Ultrabond” panels and low “e” high performance glass, having a northerly and westerly main heat exposure.
