Description
New 32 bed Youth Detention facility including 5 Accommodation blocks, Multipurpose education and physical fitness building, Main building (comprising admissions, visits, processing, health, kitchen, laundry, stores and administration offices), Central Energy Building, Facilities Building, Secure perimeter, Security Systems, Services infrastructure, carparking and roadworks.
Services
Wilde and Woollard provided Cost Planning and Post Contract Construction Cost Management services.
Construction was delivered by Qbuild under a Construction Management contract with Wilde and Woollard embedded to assist with tendering and the overall management of construction budget.
